Grape Jelly
Grape is most ubiquitous and by far the most dominant Jelly of the United States. A large driver of that is the ubiquity of peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. A food that widely consumed is a cultural event and a food tradition. When made at home, this universal substance takes on a sweet, tart personality of its own, and the reason for its position in our culture is refreshed. We've made a few varieties, including one with wild grapes we foraged in Bremerton.
